Marienville's Kitchen Since 1998
Three generations of Italian family recipes, local ingredients from the Allegheny Valley, and a kitchen that never rushes. This is how we've done it for twenty-five years.
What We're Known For
Three sheets of fresh pasta, slow-braised beef ragù, béchamel, and aged parmigiano — layered and baked until golden.
Carolina rice stirred for eighteen minutes, finished with truffle oil, wild foraged mushrooms, and a generous shaving of pecorino.
Espresso-soaked savoiardi, mascarpone cream, and a dusting of Valrhona cocoa. Made the old way — no shortcuts.

Our Story
Bettina opened her first kitchen in this very building in 1998, bringing recipes from her grandmother's table in Calabria. What started as a thirty-seat counter service has grown — but the philosophy hasn't changed.
We still roll our pasta by hand every morning. We still source tomatoes from the same farm in Pennsylvania's wine country. We still treat every guest the way Bettina would have wanted: like family arriving for Sunday dinner.
Today, her grandchildren work alongside the original crew. The recipes are the same. The passion is unchanged.
